Organised by Mojo Projects, the Global Business Services (GBS) Training Programme by TalentCorp was held from 27 October 2025 to 31 October 2025 at Megatech College. The programme aimed to equip participants with essential customer service skills through a Professional Certificate in Customer Service Management.

The training focused on service excellence, professional communication, and workplace readiness, while also supporting job placement opportunities within the Global Business Services sector upon completion.
