PURCHASE, REFUND & DELIVERY POLICIES

Mojo Projects promises to provide you with a valid ticket for the Event as advertised. In case of cancellation of the event due to some untoward instances, the amount devoid of the transaction charges will be refunded inside your account promptly.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued when an event is cancelled or postponed. Refunds to Patrons will be charged based on two (2) scenarios:

  1. Refunds due to event postponement

Organizer is required to remit the following amounts in full to Mojo Projects Sdn Bhd within 5 business days upon Mojo Projects’s request:

  1. Full amount to be refunded to customers who have made a refund request (if the ticket sales have already been remitted to the Promoter); and
  2. Applicable Ticketing Fees on refunded tickets

 

  1. Refunds due to event cancellation

Organizer is required to remit the following amounts in full to Mojo Projects within 5 business days upon notification to Mojo Projects of event cancellation:

  1. Full amount to be refunded to customers (if the ticket sales have already been remitted to the Promoter);
  2. Applicable Ticketing Fees on total allocation; and
  3. Applicable Credit Card Charges on refunded tickets

If a refund is to be processed, it is only based on the ticket’s face value. Discounted tickets will be refunded based on the amount paid after discount application. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

All convenience fees, processing fees and taxes will NOT be refunded. Travel expenses or any associated costs with travel will not be refunded if cancellation or postponement occurs. Event Nation is not liable for these associated travel expenses.

In the event a ticket purchased on the Website is cancelled, please contact info@mojoprojects.asia or call us at 012 – 2000 505 for additional information about our refund policies, process of obtaining a refund or exchange, or to discuss any remaining issues with the ticketing process. All inquiries must be accompanied by your account number, ticket serial number, date and price of ticket in question.

Refunds will not be issued in the case of lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Mojo Projects has the right to cancel, void, and refuse to honour any current or future ticketing purchases made by any individual or company that continues to seek refunds – willingly disregarding the previously stated refund policies.

Please consult with your banking institution if our order processing cancels your ticket or service order due to inaccurate billing information associated with the credit card applied on the Website.

 

Delivery Policy

Mojo Projects’s Terms & Conditions as per the Event will also determine how the E-Ticket’s or Tickets will be delivered to you for the Event. Based on the plans chosen by the Mojo Projects a SMS or E-Mail will be sent to the Ticket Purchasers or a Printed Ticket may also be shipped to the Address mentioned during purchase of the Ticket.

Your Ticket Purchase will be confirmed by Mojo Projects via E-Mail and SMS. Any extra charges for events booking will be mentioned on the placing the order. If no confirmation number via email is received after submitting payment, please refer to the Mojo Projects customer service representation via email or toll-free number. We are not responsible for any monetary losses if ticket order is assumed, and not confirmed via email.
